This is a private workshop for your leadership team — not a public course.
OKR Workshops are arranged around your leadership team, your context, and your availability.
The first step is a short conversation to understand your experience with OKRs to date and the alignment problems you’re experiencing, clarify who needs to be involved, and whether OKRs are right tool for your organisation and context.
The workshop is normally delivered over one day with additional prep-time to ensure we understand current strategic intent. Courses are delivered either at your office or at an external venue by up to three qualified OKR instructors. External venue hire is charged separately where required.
